Gerade den Trance-Ansatz mag ich nicht sehr. Oder ist das jetzt parodistisch gemeint? Oder will Calvin Harris wirklich einfach nur in die Großraumdorfdisse? Find' ich null catchy, gefällt mir auch nicht. Ich will Disco!<br>Edit: naja, 4. Cheesy ist das trotzdem.

Goede nieuwe single van Calvin Harris. Geen kitschy disco dit keer, maar serieuze trance. En dat is verrassend, maar klinkt ook verrassend goed!! Eerst een rustig begin met vocalen, en daarna de synthesizers vol open. Het deuntje klinkt redelijk standaard voor trancebegrippen. Het nummer ontbeert ook een echte climax, maar dat mis ik ook niet echt. Het is simpelweg een erg aanstekelijke plaat die waarschijnlijk geen hit wordt: te rustig voor op de dansvloer en te underground om de top 40 te halen. Niettemin geef ik voorlopig 5 sterren.<br><br>En ik ga nu, eind april, zelfs naar de 6 sterren. Hands down de beste dansplaat van 2009 tot nu toe! Er zijn ook al heel veel remixen van deze plaat uitgekomen, waarbij die van Deadmau5 er toch duidelijk bovenuit springt.<br><br>S.

ansprechende neue Single von Calvin Harris - absolut clubtauglich mit Trance-Elementen integriert...zeigt, dass Calvin Harris sehr experimentierfreudig scheint - nach 'Acceptable in the 80s' sowie 'Dance wiv me' (mit Dizzee Rascal) wieder total etwas Anderes...empfehlenswert ist sicherlich auch der Tiesto Rmx - 4+...<br><br>edit: It's the brand new #1 in UK - congratulations!...

Absolutely utterly amazing!<br><br>I only found this okay at first, liking the production but being bothered by the vocals. But after about a year after the first listen I started to love it and now I'm not at all bothered by the vocals.<br><br>I just love how it starts so chilled and relaxed and the builds up to that epic trance like breakdown. The rest of the song is great as well. The production is epic. In my eyes this is easily a dance music classic. Such a shame it didn't do well on the charts.<br><br>In saying that though this is actually far from my favourite by Calvin. It isn't even my favourite or second favourite from the album as I find "Ready For The Weekend" and "Flashback" to be better. I still love this lots though!
