Hat mir nie sonderlich gefallen, vor allem Morrisseys etwas weinerliche Darbietung. Auch musikalisch eher unauffällig.

Wenn sich schlechte Laune so gut anhört und in eine nette Melodie gepflanzt wird, dann kann es noch ruhig mehr davon geben - schöne Gitarrenläufe.

▒ Een pareltje uit mei 1984 van: "The Smiths", een Britse ex-alternatieve rock formatie uit Manchester die bestond van 1982 tot 1987 !!! De formatie bestond toen uit zanger & tekstschrijver: "Morrissey", gitarist & componist: "Johnny Marr", bassist: "Andy Rourke" en drummer: "Mike Joyce" !!! Vet 5 sterren ☺!!!

Ein wirklich toller, zynisch-ironischer Text, der hier von Morrissey vorgetragen wird. Das Gitarrenspiel von Johnny Marr gibt ganzem den Rest. Den melancholischen Ton des Songs kann man, trotz des humorvollen Textes, nicht abstreiten. So oder so, klasse Nummer von der Band.
