** I know it's blasphemous but I find the original to be incredibly boring, so this cover does absoultely nothing for me and feels extremely self indulgent. So glad it never hit #1.
**** Solid cover but has nothing on the original.

Nic Cester (Jet) - Vocals
Chris Cheney (The Living End) - Lead Guitar
Davey Lane (You Am I) - Rhythm Guitar
Kram (Spiderbait) - Drums
Pat Bourke (Dallas Crane) - Bass
Daniel Vandenberg - Piano
**** Not gonna lie, I pretty much only listen to part 1 (I guess the rest is fine but ain't nobody got time for that). I do like the energy this version brings, and while Nic isn't my favourite vocalist, he does it enough justice. 3.75
**** I always thought this was from a year later. Not as good as the original, but this fast paced cover version is fun and enjoyable too. The chorus is still ingrained in my brain after almost ten years since release and it's very fun to sing along to. Wouldn't have minded if it went to #1. Last edited: 11.01.2015 10:30
