| *** Popstück mit Geschnippe zwischendurch, dass sich stellenweise doch wie These Words von Natasha Bedingfield anhört, 2.75

****** This is a fantastic track - I particularly love the surge of energy that comes straight after that massive vocal run. She has an amazing voice and I think this is one of the best songs of 2015 thus far. Very good stuff. Last edited: 20.06.2015 02:41
| ***** Toll, geht unglaublich schnell ins Ohr!
5*+ |
**** knapp passabel...
***** Sehr gut! Könnte ein Hit werden. -5*
**** Harmless fun. Nice track.
*** For a lovely brief moment just before the chorus, this has an awesome fun '90s feel about it, but then that tryhard spoken word line kills it before the sucky chorus gets the chance to. Then there's the over the top end; just because you can do something doesn't always mean you should. I had hopes, but no.
*** As above! The verses show massive promise, with a cheerful melody sung competently. But then the chorus is massively underwhelming and weird. Not bad, but it seems more like a splattering of ideas than a cohesive track.
*** Dutzendware
| *** I have to concur with the previous two reviews.

When I first heard this on the radio, I started off thinking "sounds like we've got something good going on here". Then it builds up to that chorus and I thought "here we go, that epic climax is coming", and then that non-event of a chorus kicks in.

It's a shame because this could have been something really quite good, but now it goes more in the "average" basket.

This may be something I'll just have to put up with in the end, as I've heard she's going to be the next big thing. |
*** Another generic pop track bound to become a hit. Nope! 2.8.
***** Veelbelovend debuut.
*** Ok
**** Not as unique as the other song of hers I know, but her potential is still apparent
***** One of the best pop songs of 2015, I love it when it explodes with joy at 2:30, such a moment.
*** aardig, maar meer ook niet.
*** Harmless fun is a good way to describe this. It's not fulfilling enough though. If you listen to the last 30 seconds, that is the chorus only, the wasted opportunity that was the chorus becomes apparent (as mentioned in the reviews above). Chart longevity was gonna be an issue.
**** My thought when I first heard this was that it was like a Natasha Bedingfield song, except that it's 2015 so you gotta let the beat drop for a bit. Kind of dissonant but not enough to throw me off. Tori's budding star power is the real revelation though, who'd have thought it would come from the singer on that dated Professor Green song? She really does shine here though, and while the song isn't quite straightforward enough to make a big wave, I'm more than down with it. 4.1
****** wunderbar..
Recht austauschbar geratener Pop-Song.
*** Was die Leute down under alles kaufen.
*** ...die Kleine gibt sich leidlich Mühe - es gibt Schlimmeres aber das Geschrei gegen den Schluss hin gibt Abzug...
